Hi Toasters,
Need help regarding Snapdrive AIX, it fails everytime I create disk using Snapdrive for AIX. But If I am doing the lun create and mapping the lun manually to the AIX host it works fine. The AIX host can dicover and use the LUN I have created manually from the storage.
Here is the error I am getting;
gsb-t-mgt-01 # snapdrive storage create -lun 10.1.100.80:/vol/voltest/lun2 -lunsize 10g
LUN 10.1.100.80:/vol/voltest/lun2 ... created
mapping new lun(s) ... done
discovering new lun(s) ... *failed*
Cleaning up ...
- LUN 10.1.100.80:/vol/voltest/lun2 ... deleted
0001-476 Admin error: Unable to discover the device associated with 10.1.100.80:/vol/voltest/lun2. If multipathing in use, there may be a possible multipathing configuration error.
Please verify the configuration and then retry.
