Plugin 10781 has a dead link

The following link is no longer valid on MS website. I looked briefly for
an updated link, but was not successful.

I have updated the plugin to reference the following URL until a better
reference can be found:

http://web.archive.org/web/20030805172512/http://support.microsoft.com/support/exchange/content/whitepapers/owaguide.doc
