This used to disable the dangerous scripts, from ACT_DESTRUCTIVE_ATTACK to
ACT_FLOOD.
Safe checks disables these categories too, and change the behaviour of
ACT_MIXED_ATTACK scripts. In fact, there are few ACT_MIXED scripts (I counted
150)
