Hello Todd, I have a development network that is all running on vmware (free version), and I treat all of the servers/workstations as if there were build on hardware. The only think that I've ran into is I had a assessment of a application that used a usb device as the license key, the free version of vmware didn't discover it correctly, the pruchased version of VMWare does.. Do you treat it the same as a stand > alone server?
