compliance_check.nbin update

just double checking on the md5sum

42e5a9c5ca33e5414452899d2f73d589 compliance_check.nbin

we occasionally get an unsupported plugin type error in our automated emails
that come out of the update_nessus_plugin script, and wanted to make sure it
was and error with the script and not with the plugin.

Hi Doug,

yes the md5 is correct. Are you having a problem with this plugin ?

Version 1.33 of my script should take care of those errors:
