A few questions about using nessus

I've been using nessus (free) for a few years now. Recently, we purchased
the commercial version which has a lot of the .audit files included. I'm
using the nessus client to run scans and would like to run one of the
.audit files against a box to test how effective it is. Most of the
.audit files require some type of login.

Ok I've tried to set up the nessus client to scan windows workstations. I
set up the smb logins and tried to include a .audit file but the pull down
menu has no compliance check option. How do I get it back?

Is there a tutorial on how to use the .audit files?
