Lofgren has introduced Net Neutrality bill

Overall, I think it's actually pretty good. Paragraph 28(a)(2) and
especially when combined with 28(d)(2) have some interesting
potential unintended consequences, but, overall, it's short, to
the point, and, well written legislation in my opinion.

Thanks, Owen! Speaking from Michigan, that's Conyers and Lofgren ;-)

It still makes me shudder to see the word "broadband" misused so badly....
