I just received mine from pcalchemy.com last week. I was a little
disappointed in the time it took me to receive it, about a week or so,
but I can't blame shipping on them.

Overall I am very happy with them. I looked all over the web trying
to find to find the pvr-350 and finally settled on pcalchemy.
One note though as it says on the website:
Please note that this is a white-box item and is not packaged in the
retail box. The white-box has exactly the same contents as a retail
box, and comes with the manufacturer's 2 year limited warranty.
