Apt-get of mythtv and Native Lirc - not working

Apt-get of mythtv and Native Lirc - not working

Okay I have a really silly question. Is the version of mythtv posted to
apt sites (dealing with the atrpms kernel specifically) not compiled with
native lirc enabled?

Is there way i can tell easily?

I know lirc works find because I can get signals with irw and mplayer
works fine.

Any information would be helpful.

Not sure but I do know that .14 is because I'm using native lirc with it.

I doubt you'd see this if it wasn't compiled with native lirc support:
[root[at]mythtv root]# strings /usr/bin/mythfrontend | grep lirc
liblirc_client.so.0
