uPnP and video directories

Hi all. Just completed my upgrade to 0.25. Have since found that the videos presented by the uPnP server are no-longer separated into directories, but are instead listed as files under the top-level videos directory. This makes them extremely difficult to use, as there is no organization. Is there something I can do to configure the server to use the directory structure like it did in 0.24?
