0.25-fixes, upcoming recordings still shows past recorded program as "Currently Recording: Edit" with HDPVR

I'm wondering if anyone else is still having this issue with
0.25-fixes. with hdpvr recordings, occasionally, after the recording
has finished and Myth is able to use the tuner for other recordings
and live tv, it still shows in the upcoming recordings list as still
recording.
is this something a backtrace would show?
