Mini USB Laptop DVB-T card [Twinhan AD-TM200]
|
|
I bought 2 of these http://www.azurewave.com/product_AD-TM200_1.asp in a PC store close down sale for £5 over a year ago. Its a very tiny DVB-T card for laptops, so i thought it was time to see if they are any use. From what I've read online, these are normally only shipped as OEM in laptops or netbooks and driver support seems limited. http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/TwinHan which isn't overly encouraging. Still, I installed them into my mini desktop [Aopen XC mini MP45-DR]. which is currently also a remote FE. Given my near total ignorance of stuff that isn't automatically supported, I'd like some advice on a. has anyone seen these before? b. how do I tell if my PC has even detected the cards.? for example I get nothing from 'dmesg | grep dvb' or 'dmesg | grep usb'. any thoughts? M.
