Hi, the size of the subs is hardcoded here:
http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/browser/trunk/mythtv/libs/libmythtv/osd.cpp#L393
Easy enough to fix if you're building your own executables. I found 40 for a size and 2.0 for spacing work pretty good on my TV.
This should be in a setting but "new settings" seem to be dirty words around here :)
