mythfrontend: Fatal IO error: client killed

Anyone else having issues with this sort of error? Sometime, most
often when trying to watch a recording or liveTV, mythfrontend just
crashes. I've been having troubles with this since 0.21 but the
logging seems much improved in 0.22.
Fedora 12 x86_64 (but happened on F10 as well)
AMD 770 based system w/ 2.4GHz Dual core and 2GB system memory.
GeForce 8400GS PCI-E 512MB using VDPAU w/ various versions of the nvidia driver.
