Thanks for responding. How do I know if I have the mythfilldatabase issue solved? I can see the actual program data when selection Tv/Schedule Recordings/Program Finder. I am just concerned that it **always** says 0 replacements, which might be fine. I did complete all 4 steps of the setup program. Thanx for letting me know about not running mythtv directly. Still mythfrontend doesn't work as expected too (see above).
