compile error in mythepg

Hi Volks
I try the first time to compile the mythtv 0.12 an i found some really good
help with some previous compile problems but now i stuck with this error an
i can't find some help over google or in the Troubleshooting guides of Mythtv
here is the Problem:

I've compiled the libvorbis-1.0 new but without success. The problem still
presist.
my System is a Linux SuSE 8.2 2.4.20-4GB-athlon #1 Wed Aug 6 18:27:52 UTC 2003
i686 unknown unknown GNU/Linux

maybe somebody have a good idea for this problem?
by the way it is no the -fPIC parameter.
