I can certainly understand that. I was surprised I was able to get my plate, but here in Wyoming there must be fewer Unix geeks than in New Jersey or New York, both places I have lived. When I lived in Manhattan I did not want a car, for obvious reasons. The number of "what does Unix mean?" questions I get far exceeds the number of people who understand it. But I figured it was worth the $30 fee (one time, not every year). We are limited to four letters here in Wyoming, so "Linux" was not a possibility. The plate is on a pickup truck, such registrations exceed the number of passenger cars here in the boonies. You must be in California or one of the few states that allow up to 7 characters. -- Brian Wood beww [at] beww _______________________________________________ mythtv-users mailing list mythtv-users [at] mythtv http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users
