HDHomeRun 0.22 Channel Scan Recently Broken - DVB-T

There are two independent reports of this posted in the closed ticket http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/7232
Silicon Dust advise they think the update may have broken the scanning however they are not sure.
Should I open a new ticket or is the above ticket likely to be re-opened?
