Hello Andre,
thanks for your response. I do not have the blueray remote so far, but i have tried all options in the settings menu
with no luck. So i think you right with your assumption that the transport stream is not correct. To Test this i will
try TSDoctor when i am back at home. I am in Germany the recordings are from the ARD-HD Testchannel distributed over
DVB-C from unity media NRW.

It may be that the PS3 doesn't recognise the AC3 track properly and so won't let you select it, this is annoyingly common, there are some windows fixer programs around for some of the common problems TSDoctor comes to mind but that's not really much of a solution.
