Mirobridge.py is non-executable after every update (Avenard repo)

Hi,

I just allowed my backend to update for the first time in a week or two. In
the process, the mirobridge script was updated from 0.49 to 0.50

Following the update, running mirobridge failed with a permissions error.
Turns out the permissions were set to deny execution of the script.

While this is only took a moment to fix, it doesn't seem like this is the
intended behaviour.

/usr/share/doc/mythtv-backend/contrib/user_jobs/* In particular I'm using
mythrename.py and it keeps getting set to perm = 644.
[.also JYA repo, not sure if this is the repo or source?]

These files are executable in the source.

I had changed the permissions for perl scripts a while back , but not
python scripts..

Just updated the packages so files with extension .py will be set as executable.

The issue is the same in mythbuntu packages BTW... Will report that upstream.
