Selecting preferred audio language

Hi folks,
I get ~100 'TNT' (french for digital tv) channels via DVB-T from our
local cableco antenna feed [1] but can't work out how to select the
preferred language order - ie, films are often dubbed into main
language of broadcst channel (french / gernan) but have the original
soundtrack (say English) on an alternative, I can choose the default
in my set top digibox, but can't work out where to do this in myth -
can someone explain please?
running mythbuntu 9.10 + updates with a USB dvb-t stick as a tuner.
