CardUtil errors compiling RC2

When I try to compile RC2, I get the following errors:
tvremoteutil.o: In function
`RemoteGetRecordingStatus(std::vector<TunerStatus,
std::allocator<TunerStatus> >*, bool)':
tvremoteutil.cpp:(.text+0x49bc): undefined reference to
`CardUtil::GetCardList()'
remoteencoder.o: In function `RemoteEncoder::GetSignalLockTimeout(QString)':
remoteencoder.cpp:(.text+0x24e1): undefined reference to
`CardUtil::IsDVBCardType(QString)'
[lots more]
I googled, but could not find a hint for what I might have missed to
install before compiling 0.22RC2.
Any hint would be appreciated.
