HD-PVR output resolution

Hi,

I read on the list that it's possible to fix the HD-PVR's output resolution, no matter what the input resolution is.

I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Myth only has options for bitrates, and the Windows software for the HD-PVR doesn't seem to have it either.

Can anyone tell me how to set my HD-PVR to only output 720P H264 video?

Thanks,
Gerald

You have it backwards-- the HD-PVR will ONLY record at the *input*
resolution. To get 720p all the time, you need to fix whatever is
feeding it at 720p.

Ahhh! OK.

I have a Motorola 6200, so I'll do a search for that and see if I can figure it out.

Thanks,
Gerald

Many of the Motorola boxes display a setup menu if you power them down , then press "menu" just after powering up again.

Cheers!
