Scanning within MythTV .22 RC1 doesn't lock on any channel

When scanning, mythtv-setup tells me for each channel and offset that there
is no lock, despite the signal strength and signal noise ratio being
consistently positive. What is wrong?

Are you trying to tune DVB-S on a 2.6.31 kernel? If you are, this
thread may help you:

Try disabling "signal timeout" for the scan. I've had similar issues
here in NZ with some DVB-T tuners.
