mythtv apple trailers updated to v0.4.2.1

I have updated mythtv apple trailers to v0.4.2.1.

The update fixes the script to retrieve all HD specific url's from the
apple trailer webpage. v0.4.2 only retrieved the first url on each line of
HTML e.g. 480p. v0.4.2.1 retrieves all URL's into an array and then
matches them against the configured user preference e.g. 720p.

Great news.

I really enjoy this plugin.

What is a direct replacement of 0.4.2?
0.4.2.1 or 0.4.3 ?

Hi Jean-Yves,

0.4.2.1 is the replacement of 0.4.2.

0.4.2 & 0.4.2.1 = Download trailers to local filesystem for later
viewing.

0.4.3 = Stream trailers directly from apple.com.

The reason I'm asking is because the ubuntu packages
mythbuntu-apple-trailers is using 0.4.2 and is only streaming.

I created a new package that works the same way but using 0.4.2.1 and
using vdpau is possible
