Schedules Direct not updating program guide

I'm running Mythbuntu. When I first installed, Schedules direct pulled in
all my program guide information as it should. Since the initial install,
it stopped filling in the program guide. I did pay the $20 for the annual
subscription and I am using the same ID and password.
I tried running mythfilldatabase from a terminal window as myself and I
tried running sudo mythfilldatabase. I've seen threads the inlcuded
instructions to locate my *.xmltv file. I can't find it I have no idea
where to go next. Any suggestions would be appreciated. (I'm relatively
new to Linux, so please speak in layman's terms.)
I attached the terminal text from when I ran sudo mythfilldatabase.
