USE_ATI_PROPRIETARY_DRIVER_XVIDEO_HACK missing

Hi,
I have a frontend system that requires the "#define
USE_ATI_PROPRIETARY_DRIVER_XVIDEO_HACK" at line 67 of videoout_xv.cpp
in .20 (you get the top half of the display stretched down to the bottom
of the screen, cutting off the bottom half). In addition, the colours
are also way out, but this may be another problem as .20 didnt exibit
this.

In .21, this file has changed considerably and the HACK no longer
exists, leaving me with an unusable system. Is it bug time or is this
problem dealt with another way now?

grep'ing for this fails - doesnt appear to exist anywhere in .21.

That bug is still there? Sheesh... I was using a r128 over 3
years ago (with interlaced 30Hz/15kHz/480i output) and saw that problem.
