mythtranscode and aspect ratio

Hello
I'm recording DVB-T.
Mythtranscode fails to detect the correct aspect ratio : especially
when the first cutlist is placed after the broadcast of the 16:9
signal. I don't know if it is a good behaviour or not of mythtv or
myself...
Is there a way to correct the aspect ratio of transcoded files please ?
