mythfilldatabase help when cable channels change

My cable provider has recently changed some channels around.
When running mythfilldatabase, I get the following text:
double checking channel information, be patient..
noticed new station available (27 FXP), re-run --configure
(several more lines deleted)
mythfilldatabase does not have a --configure option. How do I fix this
error?
