What system are you putting it on?
From what I've read if you've got a 1GHz machine or better you can get away
with a ATI TV Wonder VE for basic use.
If you've got less than 1GHz to play with your best bet seems to be a
Hauppauge PVR 250/350 card.
Of course there's a grey area between 600MHz and 1GHz that can go either way
if you're willing to sacrifice recording quality.
