Question about message in log file

Greetings,
In an effort to determine why only one source has 'jerky' playback, I
found the following in the log:
AO: dropping back audio_buffer_unused
Is this of significance?
Playback on the pvr150 Svideo has gotten a tad bit better with the
newest kernel (FC6) and the nvidia proprietary drive for 6250.
