Just a thought. I just installed a PVR-250 lastnight and had a heck of a time getting it to work. It seems it only works when it wants to, sometimes when I load the ivtv module I got tons and tons of msgs about mailbox (no idea what that is) and other times I ony get a few. I have noticed that when I get a ton of msgs, mythtv will not work, live tv will hang, however if I kill all myth related procs and rmmod ivtv and modprobe it over and over until I dont see the mailbox msgs, then mythtv will work just fine. I was just looking thru the ivtv CVS and see major updates were added on 4/25 and 4/29. Might want to try usinging the CVS version prior to all the changes, the README says `cvs checkout -r pre-qbuf ivtv` will get you the CVS prior to all the changes. On Wed, 30 Apr 2003, Allen T.
