Mythfilldatabase failing [somewhat resolved]

The issue here turned out to be the firewall on my router (a Linksys
RV082 whose firmware got upgraded the day before yesterday).
Now, I appear to be unable to pull filed off of the web using my
Linux boxes. It's a bit odd, but at least I have the tv back again.
