If you don't want to compile your own stuff then you can continue to use the current release until 0.20.1 or what ever it's going to be called is released just don't use the save to file option. If you choose one of the DVD formats and uncheck the burn to DVD option then the archive will be created in the work directory you told MythArchive to use. You _will_ then have to copy the created archive directory to a safe location because each time MythArchive is run it clears the work directory. Or you could of cause burn the archive to a DVD.
