As we're in RC-phase, I'm wondering whether the 3 recent Spanish
translation updates (r26982,r26985,r26986) committed to trunk were not
backported to 0.24-fixes for a specific reason?
The relevant tickets were #9100, #9124 and reynaldo's own update.
