guidegrid widget (resend from correct account)

(following up from the dev mailing list; sorry for the top-post there)

So I looks from the wiki I could get the left side of the TiVo list
from a timeslots=1, channels=N guidegrid.

Then if the guidegrid had a vertical (or flipped axis?) version of the
display I could get the right side from timeslots=N, channels=1.

Hmm.. But I'd have to specify the channel for the right side somehow.
Maybe a guidelist widget would be required after all. Seems a shame
to have to make another widget to just reformat the guide information.

I would expect the guide grid to change a fair amount in the coming months.
Paul did a great job getting something "working" in MythUI, but I think that
a lot more flexibility is planned.
