Thanks guys, any input you can give would be helpful. I'm in Christchurch, and have been able to tune TV1,2,3,C4 Prime with mplayer. Mythtv-setup seemed to do the job for me and my last mythfilldatabase ran without error, so I was expecting success (Even seems to be displaying the right info on the mythtv screen). But no!...? Steve, I would like to look at/try your script. My receiver is USB type SMK with two output lines. Ok are you in Auckland or another area? I can provide you with a SQL script that will define all of the standard Auckland TV Channels if you are interested.
