Shared library problem

Have compiled and am trying to run ./setup from mythtv directory.
Keep getting a strange error"

./setup: error while loading shared libraries: libmyth.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Everything compiles correctly upto running setup. Any suggestions?
