We lock tickets when people comment with anything other than useful
information related to fixing the bug. Trac is not a discussion forum.
We do not want comments such as "I see this issue too" or "when will

Because those are the defaults. Those are only for use by the person who
is actually going to fix it, to allow them to prioritize what they need
to work on. They are not intended for users to try to get things fixed
faster.
