I am another person experiencing this. I updated to latest master
today, as well as the latest HDHR firmware. I tested tonight and 4
concurrent HDHR recordings plus one HD-PVR recording took about 78%
CPU (which is better than yesterday, where it was close to 200% of a 4
core box, 8GB RAM), but the recordings were choppy. Not unwatchable
like before, but close to it. I have -nodblog set, and mysql was not
using any CPU of note. OS, DB and recordings are all on separate
drives.
