What is the latest trunk revision that compiles and runs on windows?

Hi fellow windows porters,

Today I have picked up compiling of MythTV on windows again. I am able
to compile everything with success, however when I try and run any of
the executables I am 'greeted' with a Windows pop-up with the following
message:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000142). Clock on OK
to terminate the application.

I would like to know if any of you have a clue what might be wrong as a
quick Google on the exit code does not return much sensible information.

Am I trying to compile a to new revision? Which is the latest trunk
revision that compiles and runs on your systems?

I have tried compiling HEAD (r23771) against Qt 4.5.3 as well as Qt
4.6.2 on Windows XP SP2 using MinGW-5.1.6 and MSys 1.0.11, both with the
same result.

I am out of clues any pointers are appreciated.

Kind regards,

Jonathan

I have tried up to 23765 (IIRC as I'm not home to confirm). and
mythfrontend works ok - just that the mainwindow display is broken
again (title bar is back).

I'm using Win7 Pro (64bit).. And I built mine as release.

Will try to build trunk later today after work (8hrs from now) and see
if I have the same problem as you.

r23770 using gcc 4.4.0 and Qt 4.6.2 on a
WinXP SP3 VM.

You could try profiling using Dependency Walker to find the failing DLL. E.g., this guy had a rogue copy of d3d9.dll that caused the same error with his own app:

Sorry for the delay, r23787 builds fine for me (although I still seem
to have the title bar problem).

But no crashes. Hope that helps.

Also, can anybody do FF fine? It seems broken for me when I try >= 5x
FF.. Not sure if it's a mythtv thing or my setup.

Cheers
