Either give the updated patch a new name or do /not/ check the box,
"Replace existing attachment of the same name," and let Trac add a
numeric identifier to it. We do not allow unauthenticated users to
delete or replace patches (lest some hooligans destroy all our patches),
and we don't have authentication set up on Trac.

should this perhaps be changed to use the

org.mythtv

domain instead of

org.mpris.mythtv?
