DVD playback issues, revisited

Hi all

Thanks to those who tried out my previous patches for the DVD playback
sync issues. After digging around in the code for what seems like days
now, I've changed tack after finding a(nother) bug in the code.

Basically, the videosync object in NuppelVideoPlayer is never told what
the frame interval is. This is what causes a lot of the problems.
Playing around with sync adjustment like I was doing before, while not
really wrong, is kind of a band-aid fix and so I've come up with another
approach.

Please, if anyone affected by this issue can try this patch, and if
there are no further problems I'll attach it to the ticket in trac.

Hello Davin,

I didn't have much time to test yet, but my initial testing, both on my
VDPAU system and on my test system (software decoder, no audio), and
your patch seems to solve the problem on both systems!

Thank you!

Davin,

FYI
Unfortunately this patch doesn't work for me.
Tested only on one from 2 test DVD's.

Symptoms:
-playback speed is approx x1.4
-original method for reseting spped to x1.0 by changing time stretch to
! x1.0 and back to x1.0 is not helping.

Ok, thanks.

At this stage I'll leave the patch as is (it is "obviously correct")
until it gets applied to trunk by the devs. Then, there's few other bugs
I've noticed which should also be fixed, I'll open separate tickets for
them at that stage.

(If I try to fix everything at once, the patch is much bigger and more
complicated and more likely not to be accepted / understood).
