Hi Chris,
Thank you for finishing the patch and applying it. I am hapy it goes to 0.22

Wouldn't mind if you explain me what the missing bits were foe though.

I don't recall exactly off the top of my head right now. I think
the big issue was with the fixme comment you had in the code concerning
the issue of knowing which network control client the response from the
player was for. I added the ClientID to the request and response so that
I could send the reply back to the correct client rather than spamming
them all.

You could compare your diff against the actual changeset to see the diffs.
