Problems Importing Channels.conf in 0.22

I am using the current 0.22 MythBuntu 0.22RC package and I am having
trouble importing a channels.conf file using the Channel Scanner.

This has been previously reported in
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/397223

The problem seems to be that the channel scanner doesn't recognise the
format of the channels.conf file. The same channels.conf worked
correctly in 0.21 fixes.

Is this a bug?

Ian.

Solved. It seems that the default tzap channels.conf file is not
recognized by the channel scanner. I am sure it used to be, although
maybe scan has changed its default output format. Anyway the solution is
to output in vdr format:

scan -a0 -o zap /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/uk-WinterHill > channels.conf
