You can delete recordings from the Watch Recordings screen (whether you
enter it through the Watch Recordings or the Delete Recordings menu
item). That's why the Delete Recordings screen was removed--because
it's 100% identical to the Watch Recordings screen, as there's no
functionality that's available in one that's not available in the other.
To delete a recording, select that recording and then hit DELETE (D) or
hit INFO (I) then select the appopriate "Delete..." from the menu.
