I see this periodically. Mabye 1 in 3 times. It has been a while since I
looked at it. I threw VERBOSE statements all over the scan code and could
not for the life of me firgure out why. I think at the time I suspected a
QT issue. Mythvideo will always add the files (with umlaut etc chars) on
first try after a startup. A few scans later (*if it does not segfault)
it will remove the files. Next scan it will readd. There was a thread on this

I will try to debug again with new effort again as no one else seemed able
to reproduce it at time.
