Can't remove commercials with transcoding

I'm trying to remove some commercials with transcoding using High Quality profile. When i try that mythtranscode never finish. The log contains this when mythtranscode goes crazy, the last messages never ends and will fill up your harddrive if you don't kill mythtranscode.
