The highest quality resampling is quite expensive, perhaps more so since r22521?

Medium is much less expensive and yet gives >120dB SNR with -3dB at
90% theoretical best bandwidth (easily good enough for mp3!).

Maybe I should introduce a new settings in addition to the fastest,
good, best .. Something using the "medium" quality resampler but still
use good upmixer.

I forgot the SRC Quality setting had gone.

The good upmixer is cheap - there's little reason to use anything
else. It would probably be better if 'fastest, good, best' modified
the resampler instead.

Or perhaps:

'best' - active linear + highest quality resampler
'good' - active linear + medium quality resampler
'fastest' - passive + lowest quality resampler

That's the way it is now ...

But the way I've done it, you can't access the upmixer quality when
set to stereo mode..
