Ticket #1319 (scheduler mess up)

I posted ticket #1319 last week and i am continuing to have the
problem
so far I have 2 record rules that are triggering two different shows
to be recorded
both these rules are pretty old (from at least 0.18, pretty sure at
least one is older than that). only started to show up after i moved
to svn 8988M
how can i debug this?
